About the Founders

Bill Rowse, PE
Bill Rowse worked for a general contracting firm and two medium sized engineering consulting firms prior to co-founding OnSite Civil Group.  His construction background brings real-world experience into all of his designs.  Rowse has prepared construction plans for various design projects including residential subdivisions, transportation improvement projects, commercial site development projects, institutional projects, and also municipal flood relief projects. Bill is licensed in Georgia, Colorado, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, and West Virginia and also holds an NCEES registration.

Bill and his wife Devon are both graduates of the University of Massachusetts.  After living in Savannah and Colorado they settled in Milton, Georgia.  They reside there with their two children.


Jarrett Senkbeil, PE, LEED AP
Prior to co-founding OnSite Civil Group, Senkbeil worked as a project manager for a regional engineering company, gaining experience in the Albany market before moving to Atlanta.  He also spent time at a national firm and with an international firm.  His experience with previous firms as well his work on the family farm in his childhood allows Senkbeil to bring practical, functional application into his design work as well as elements of conservation and land management.  His design work includes site planning, site engineering, storm water management and traffic engineering. Jarrett is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina and North Carolina as well as being a LEED Accredited Professional.  He also has NCEES registration and is a member of ASCE and ACEC.

Originally from Sylvester, GA.  Jarrett and his wife, Beth, both graduated from Georgia Tech and currently live in Marietta.
