Project Race for Beaulieu International Group is under construction in Cartersville, Georgia. The project will feature a 300k sf Cushion Vinyl plant and a 160k sf Warehouse. Mass grading is complete. Gravity utility construction and foundation work is underway. This is OnSite’s third project with Ruark & Wyatt Architects. New South Construction managed the mass grading, erosion, and gravity utility work performed by Brent Scarbrough and Company. Kajima will be the General Contractor for the buildings and remaining site work.
