Medical
Fresenius Kidney Care
Carrollton, GA
This site involved redeveloping an existing medical office to accommodate a modern dialysis facility. The design required upgrades to utilities and drainage systems to meet both state health requirements and client specifications. The project also involved revising site circulation to support patient drop-off and ADA-compliant parking, while preserving access for medical transport vehicles.

Peachtree Immediate Care
Marietta, GA
This redevelopment project near the Marietta Square and adjacent to the City’s Mountain to River Trail was formerly home to a church building and a car rental office. A new GDOT driveway was required, and ADA access was accomplished with a switch back ramp down to the public sidewalk. The final design utilized underground detention and retaining walls to maximize usable space and fit a 3,850-sf building and parking that met both the City’s codes and the lessee’s needs for the building.

Art it Out
Cobb County, GA
This project transformed a former residential lot adjacent to an existing daycare into a specialized therapy center focused on mental health and creative expression for children. Site constraints included the adjacent 36" reclaim water line and a narrow corridor for sanitary sewer that crossed the reclaim water line and dodged multiple utility poles. The site includes passive green space to maintain a calming and supportive environment for therapy services.

Fresenius Kidney Care
Atlanta, GA
This 8,213-sf facility was a ground-up development on a wooded lot adjacent to I-285 and an existing medical complex. Site constraints included tight setbacks, significant grading challenges, shared access to adjacent parcel, and stormwater management requirements. The design integrated an efficient patient flow with convenient ADA parking and ambulance access, while maintaining compliance with City regulations. Extensive collaboration with the client and design team helped deliver a layout that meets both clinical and patient needs.
