Garland Mountain Sporting Clays
Waleska, GA
OnSite worked closely with the architect Niles Bolton to provide a replacement clubhouse for the site after losing the original restaurant to a fire in 2023. The new 8,500-sf restaurant sits atop Garland Mountain with views unparalled in Metro Atlanta. The site features a septic system spanning nearly two acres and an underground cistern for fire suppression.​

Tequila Mama
Alpharetta, GA
This planned 9,215-sf restaurant with 295 seats designed by Gentle Works will sit adjacent to an existing green space in the Lakeview mixed use development at Haynes Bridge Road and Lakeview Pkwy. The 2 story building will feature a large roof top bar and patio.

The Commons Dining Hall
Kennesaw State University
Kennesaw, GA
This was the first true dining hall project on the main Kennesaw State University campus. The 51,000-sf LEED Gold certified building is located along the main campus pedestrian walkway between academic and housing areas. The design by LDD Blueline and Flynn Finderup features 9 different food stations, a seating for 1,000 guests.

Panera Bread
Lumpkin County, GA
OnSite is managing civil design for Gold Creek Farms Tracts 3–5, a 4.11-acre commercial development along South Chestatee Street. The site includes a bank/retail building, a Mavis Tire & Brakes, and a future 4,500-sf Panera Bread. Planned improvements cover 3.71 acres and include new drive aisles, parking, and utility infrastructure.

Off Leash
Decatur, GA
This redevelopment design by Vickers Design Group converts an existing building used as a dry cleaner into a dog friendly restaurant with large covered front and side porches. The adjacent lot will be used as a synthetic turf dog park so owners can eat and drink while their dogs play. ​

East Commons Dining Hall
University of West Georgia
Carrollton, GA
This 21,000-sf 320 seat Dining Hall designed by Collins Cooper Carusi was part of the larger East Village project at UWG completed in 2013. The building is also home to residence life on the lower floor. Site access along Back Campus Drive was carefully designed to exclude delivery access from the pedestrian oriented north side of the building. ​​
